1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Novamind Labs are digital — generated and delivered instantly upon payment. Because of this, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply.

2. When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

You were charged but did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end
You were charged twice for the same order

Refunds are not available once a digital product has been successfully generated and delivered to you.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after delivery
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
Incorrect information submitted by the customer

4. How to Request a Refund
